I think the quality control should be improved...

Assembling the model was a challenge. A bit frustrating.

Purchased two items from this site (Alien Xenomorph, and Chestburster). Product details and FAQ both indicated that all kits would be shipped in their retail boxes. It wasn't until I reached the end of checkout that I was blindsided by a substantial additional cost to receive the products in their retail boxes (order was placed from the U.S.) This was in direct contradiction to the information provided upfront. Seller seemed annoyed when I pointed out this inconsistency. The customer service I received after our initial email exchange was dismal. I guess nobody ever bothered to tell them bait-and-switch tactics are bad for business. I will not be purchasing from this site again.

Received my item. I would've given this 5 stars except that it took 3 weeks to get here. I ordered it when I did expecting it to arrive in one week .
