I think the quality control should be improved...

I am beyond annoyed because whenever I go, the UCS Tie Fightsr are sold out and I wanted to buy one. I don't know where I can communicate with the website either than writing a review so please read this and allow me to buy one

I got this one today with the postman so I can't say much yet, only that I expected that the peace and book came in a box with the Pic of the article on it instead of just 2 plastic bags. And I also didn't expected to have to pay 113 euros at customs service. This is a lot of money, one third of the total that I payed for the box

Es kam sehr schnell an..aber uns fehlen von Kapitel 6 mindestens 2 Tüten Steine und auch so fehlen noch von anderen Kapiteln 4. Ich habe schon so oft geschrieben und bekomme keine Rückmeldung ob hier noch Steine geschickt werden. Für uns ist es mega enttäuschend und unser Sohn sehr traurig da er nicht weiter bauen kann. Der Kundenservice ist da wirklich leider sehr schlecht. Ich finde es sehr schade da es sonst wirklich schön ist. Ich weiß mir auch nicht mehr zu helfen.

My set took 5+ weeks to arrive, so just beware of the length of time.

I also had to raise a paypal case, because they just wouldn't respond to my question of what the tracking number was.

My review mirrors what Paul K had with his set.
* 'Original package' was far from original, it obv had a different manufacturer logo placed everywhere, and everything just looked old and faded.
all points raised by Paul K are the same, and for mine, some parts were too large and didn't fit together (12 axel + yellow cog) that broke, because they fitted poorly together, I tried to force it -
didn't work....
I had to order repalcement parts from brickowl, which obv fit perfectly.

For the price, there are a few issues, but hey, it's cheaper than a Lego set.

Assembling the model was a challenge. A bit frustrating.

Order was shipped quickly. No pieces missing. The car looks very nice and quite a solid build set. Very happy with the look but motorized parts doesn't work well.

Well the replacement kit has arrived and this time it was the correct kit I will post a review of the kit after its construction which will take some time.

Missing pieces, figured for the price they would have better quality control.

It took over a month to receive the item, and they reply message very slow.

In an update to my earlier review I have been contacted and informed that a replacement kit has been shipped I will continue to update this review after I receive the kit. Response time wss reasonable this time.

So, after waiting for 5-6 weeks after the item was sold out, The item arrived pretty quick after i received the email stating it had been shipped.

Overall, the Set is of good design, and the instruction manual was very easy to follow, although it wasnt a 100% accurate.

However, there are a few flaws with the product

Firstly, the bricks themselves are generally a good fit, however, there are a few that are very loose, and if you have to move the model, can easily fall off.

Secondly, there was approximately 10 pieces that were missing, luckily i could add them from my own personal stock.

There are a few other parts that do not fit snugly together, for example the middle leg mechanism, if you move it, the middle leg will fall out.

If they bricks were designed to fit better together, you would have definitely got 4 stars. If all the pieces were there it might even have got a 5.

Overall, you pay for what you get, yes you save your money on a product such as this, but sadly the standard does drop.

I thought the power function parts was included in this set. But I am told the PF parts need to buy separately after I receive the order.

The shipping is fast and the set design is cool. However... these bricks are difficult to assemble. ! Some are tricky tight to fit. You may need to replace with some spare parts from a different set. Not impressed with the quality and it should be better.

Some damage to the box, made it a little hard to gift. Although the set itself looks fine.

Purchased two items from this site (Alien Xenomorph, and Chestburster). Product details and FAQ both indicated that all kits would be shipped in their retail boxes. It wasn't until I reached the end of checkout that I was blindsided by a substantial additional cost to receive the products in their retail boxes (order was placed from the U.S.) This was in direct contradiction to the information provided upfront. Seller seemed annoyed when I pointed out this inconsistency. The customer service I received after our initial email exchange was dismal. I guess nobody ever bothered to tell them bait-and-switch tactics are bad for business. I will not be purchasing from this site again.

I have problem with this product. The cable from the drive motor to the battery box is too short. One tire is defective (incorrectly cast). But I got replacement after 1 month.

The ship looks nice but is very fragile and the instruction manual isn't always wright. Is difficult to put toghetter without breaking the pieces of again. And some pieces dont fit well, they dont click so niceley together and I had to fit some pieces together with glue. A bit of a shame because the ship is nice looking but because this problems is the price to high for me, sertenly if you have already to pay around 30euros for shipping costs.

Received my item. I would've given this 5 stars except that it took 3 weeks to get here. I ordered it when I did expecting it to arrive in one week .

Almost 4 weeks. Ridiculous...Is my shipping cost refundable?
