set was ordered Nov 16th but not shipped until Dec 27. Did not get any message about set being on back-order until after I sent messages asking about where my order was. I had ordered this set as a Christmas gift for my son but did not receive it till about 5 Jan. When I was finally able to give this set to my son, we put it together in about 2 days, a lot of detail, very good with one notable exception. there were about 5 pieces missing. 4 of the pieces were able to be replaces with pieces from other sets, but one piece looks like a special part just for this set. spent 3 days trying to contact customer service to inquire about a replacement part, but the contact us link does not load and the online chat never gets any response.
-For the Ship with all the detail, I give very high marks
-For the manual on how to assemble, drop a star due to color variations (black parts are a light gray and gray parts are a dark gray, very confusing)
-For Customer service I give very low marks (No information if set is on back-order until you are demanding a response, unable to get any support for missing parts).
